The main goal is to greet residents with a positive attitude at all times, make them feel secure and comfortable. At same time, work alongside Management for any and all requests. Position also requires foot patrol of premises and common areas, enforcing safety and security measures. Spanish fluency is ideal! Pay Rate starts at $15.00; several shifts available; free parking within the property Responsibilities Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation(s) Work alongside Management and Maintenance staff for any requests or assistance Assist residents and vendors at the front desk as requested Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences Skills Excellent surveillance and observation skills High School diploma or above is required
