Major responsibilities Ensure perspective buyers, clients, brokers and guests are warmly welcomed to the Sales Pavilion, following established luxury service guidelines. Liaise with Sales Pavilion Manager, Pavilion Attendant and Valet, to ensure they are aware of upcoming appointments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. Inspect the arrival journey and all Sales Pavilion space to ensure it represents a clean, warm, and welcoming environment. Lead the daily F&B set-up of the Sales Pavilion as per brand standards, ensuring all food and beverage offerings are meticulously presented and replenished accordingly. Maintain knowledge of all ingredients of food and beverage being served to advice all guests and clients in case of any allergens. Greet and offer welcome beverages and oshibori towels to perspective buyers and brokers to ensure they feel warmly welcomed into the Sales Pavilion. When appropriate, offer and replenish displayed food items, perform open hand service, refill beverage orders before glass is half empty or offer additional beverage. Create, when appropriate special conversations with all guests of the Sales Pavilion which identify personal preferences, add to their profile record, and appropriately act upon during future visits. Maintain the presentation standards of a 5-Star environment by assisting the Gallery Attendant with any polishing, dusting, quiet clearing of dirty dishes and glasses, cleaning of bar, tables, chairs, and replenishment of F&B supplies. Assist with loading and unloading the dishwasher and cleaning of F&B equipment. Demonstrate professional and discrete two-way radio communication via earpiece when appropriate. Assist the Residences, Marketing and Brokerage Teams with overall operations and on-site events at the Sales Pavilion. Coordinate with Valet and/or Door Person the departure of clients and guests, provide an escort back to their vehicles once appointments are complete, assist with gifting (water, branded chocolates in client car) etc. Assist the Sales Pavilion Manager, Coordinator, Attendant, Door Person, Sales Team and/or VP, Swire Residential with any additional tasks. Requirements Work authorization in the United States required Able to communicate in written and spoken English Excellent overall communication skills Excellent computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint internet systems, email, building link) Previous experience within a luxury hospitality or residential setting in F&B or Concierge role Able to multi-task Able to work well in a team environment Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time-management skills Must have excellent grooming standards in coordination to Mandarin Oriental’s grooming policy Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required T.I.P.S. and Food Handler certified.
