As we expand our impact and services, we’re looking for apassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Concierge &Social Media Coordinator. This hybrid role combines personalizedclient support with creative social media management to ensureevery client’s journey is celebrated and every success story isshared.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do Client Engagement & Milestone Celebrations:
  • Welcome new clients with personalized materials and brandedgifts.
  • Organize and execute milestone celebrations such as loanapproval cakes, congratulatory calls, and closing gift baskets.
  • Ensure post-closing engagement with thank-you letters,homeownership guides, and follow-ups for Google reviews.
Social Media Management:
  • Create and post engaging content featuring client closings,events, and community activities.
  • Collaborate with third-party editors to produce polished photoand video content.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimizeengagement and grow our online community.
Event Coordination:
  • Plan and promote client appreciation events, open houses, andcommunity outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics and document events to showcase on socialmedia.
CRM & Workflow Management:
  • Use Tu Conoces CRM to automate reminders and track clientprogress.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure aseamless experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communicationskills, and active listening skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. orequivalent
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Who You Are
  • You’re a people person with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • You have experience managing social media platforms (Instagram,Facebook, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
  • You have experience in Real Estate or Mortgage is a plus.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a flair forplanning events.
  • You’re bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), connectingeffortlessly with the Hispanic community.
  • You have a creative eye for photography and videography, withbasic editing skills or experience collaborating with editors.
