  • A pool and beach concierge will value all guests and be committed to providing guests with information and resources to have a meaningful visit.

Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Changes dirty/stain cushions as many times as need. During shift Cleans pool area throughout the shift and prior leaving each day. Clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners’ water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Assist servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other needs. All pool chairs must be aligned, and the back rest must be placed on the second level. Keeps small tables free of sand and stains. Keep clean and remove dirty towels on the 7th floor pool. Report any broken pool equipment. Monitor all activity in the pool area and report any/all issues to the property in a daily log. Be aware of safety hazard items (broken glass, frayed electrical cords, broken locks, and suspicious people) and report to security and/or direct supervisor. Keep kids’ area clean and organized. Closing Changes dirty/stain cushions as many times as need. Keep all pool chairs aligned and organized and the back rest must be on the second level. Pick dirty towels from 7th floor at the end of each shift. Close all the umbrellas. Store pool equipment at the end of each shift. And any other task assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
