The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami, located at 3300 SW 27th Ave,Coconut Grove, FL, 33133 currently has the followingopportunity: Residences Concierge – On Call (140027U6): Respond to Residenceowners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, specialarrangements, or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, drycleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriateproviders. Respond to special requests from Residence owners andtheir guests with unique needs and follow up to promotesatisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide information toResidence owners and their guests about the property and thesurrounding area amenities, including special events andactivities. Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residenceowners before allowing them to go up and permit access to onlyauthorize visitors, and implement into the key track system.

Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests,questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual ordepartment (e.g., Engineer, Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessaryto resolve call, request, or problem. Understand and assist withowners’ reservation services (HRS). Assist with scheduling of theelevator for move-in/out for Residence owners/tenants. Assist withBell/valet services for owners when requesting for their vehicles.

Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks. Review shift logs/daily memo booksand document pertinent information in logbooks. Report anyincidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions tomanager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform andpersonal appearances are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and theirguests according to company standards, anticipate and addressservice needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thankothers with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language, prepare and review written documentsaccurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply withquality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walkfor an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move,lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than orequal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested.
