Position Overview:

Part-time:

Up to 35 hours/week

Shifts:

1:30 PM – 8:00 PM + Sundays required Must be able to travel between South Miami & West Kendall when needed ?

What You’ll Do:

Be the first and last impression for every client — warm, helpful, professional Check clients in/out and manage bookings with precision Handle phone calls, DMs, and last-minute changes with speed and grace Make and serve coffee with attention to detail Keep the salon clean, fully stocked, and flowing smoothly throughout the day Support the stylist team so they can stay focused on the client experience ?

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English and Spanish Passion for customer service — you care about people and it shows Extremely efficient, self-motivated, and proactive Can handle pressure and multitasking with ease Absolutely no laziness or phone usage during shifts — this is a hands-on, high-energy role ?
