$20 per hour Overview Miami Shores Tennis & Pickleball Club is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and personable Pickleball & Tennis Concierge to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service, ensuring the facility runs smoothly, and helping create a welcoming and organized environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting and has a passion for tennis, pickleball, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and attend to their needs throughout their visit Set up pickleball nets for reservations, programs, and events Assist guests with court bookings both in-person and over the phone Handle all customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Process purchases and bookings in our system (court reservations, paddle rentals, ball sales, clinics, and events) Maintain accurate court sheets and booking records Ensure the facility remains clean and organized: stack chairs, tidy common areas, and check restrooms regularly Communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and respectful manner Be prepared to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently Represent the club’s values and hospitality standards at all times Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and booking software (training provided) Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, well-run facility Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus Why Join Us?
