) a safe property for both guests and employees Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, units, activities, entertainment and amenities Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each other Exhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; be able to react calmly and professional Specifically, when interacting with guest both on and off the property A working knowledge of registered and non-registered guests A continued knowledge of all Cove Communities staff and guest policies and how to enforce them.
