This isn’t a front desk job. This is the front line of life-changing legal service. About the Role The Client Concierge is the quarterback of first impressions—an intake specialist, client experience manager, and appointment conversion ninja rolled into one. You’ll guide potential clients from a place of stress to a place of hope, booking them into paid consultations and ensuring every touchpoint with our firm reflects our signature standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity. You’ll also be the internal go-to for essential administrative operations that keep our legal team efficient and client-focused. Your role is both strategic and personal—making you a vital part of our mission and growth. Key Responsibilities Answer Incoming Calls with purpose and empathy, converting leads into paid consultations using our proven scripts and intake systems. Schedule Appointments for new clients, Financial Affidavit prep, and Mandatory Disclosure meetings. Manage the Admin Email Inbox , ensuring timely and accurate responses and internal routing. Open and Close Client Files with discretion and attention to detail. Review Calendars Weekly and proactively send friendly reminders via text/call for all upcoming client events. Support Legal and Admin Staff with scanning, filing, document prep, and front-desk coverage. Create a welcoming office atmosphere —from greeting walk-ins with genuine warmth to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
