Do you love connecting with people and helping them look and feel their best? If you’re confident on the phone, comfortable discussing medspa treatments, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment—we want you on our team at Golden Rose Wellness & Medical Spa. We’re currently looking for a Guest Relations Specialist who can also serve as a cross-trained front desk coordinator. This role blends guest experience, sales, and support. You’ll follow up on leads, convert inquiries into booked appointments, and help with day-to-day patient interactions at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on new patient leads from social media marketing and inbound inquiries Make outbound phone calls to cold and warm leads to schedule consultations Confidently talk about medspa treatments, including Botox, neuromodulators, fillers , and other popular services Convert conversations into scheduled consultations and paying clients Sell treatment packages and memberships during patient check-in and check-out Assist in daily front desk operations: scheduling, payment collection, EMR entries Support marketing efforts by sending email and SMS campaigns using our CRM (Prospyr) Collaborate with the team to meet monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); commission is tied to KPI performance

Ideal Candidate:

in English & Spanish is strongly preferred but not required Has experience in the aesthetics, wellness, or medspa industry Understands and can confidently speak about Botox, Daxxify, Dysport, fillers, lasers, and skin care Has experience with cold calling, phone conversion, and lead follow-up Knows how to upsell memberships and promote skincare or injectable packages Tech-savvy with CRM systems and can handle basic marketing communications Is friendly, professional, and thrives on building client trust and loyalty

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$16-$18/hour depending on experience Performance-Based Commission tied to monthly
