We have multiple full-time openings available for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position Overview:

As a Loaner Car Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, assisting with the check-in/check-out process for loaner vehicles, and accurately entering customer information into the Loaner Car Database.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival to the Loaner Car office Assist customers with paperwork and explain loaner vehicle procedures Enter and update customer information into the Loaner Car Database Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for guest use Maintain clear communication with service advisors and valet staff Perform tasks on your feet, including walking, standing, and running for extended periods

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting Friendly, upbeat demeanor and professional appearance Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills Previous customer service experience is a plus
