RESPONSIBILITIES
As an In House Marketing Representative you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation. Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour. Executes on batch messages to guest rooms at designated location at the start of each work shifts. Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations. Ensures that guests purchase only one mini-vacation every three years. Calls tour desk/manifest throughout the day to check availability as to not overbook a wave. Qualifications – External
