JOB SUMMARY
The New Owner Guide will be responsible for managing assigned new owner accounts. You will engage with new owners and provide educational and support through high-touch servicing and proactive communication during their first year of ownership.
Ensure owner expectations are met and surpassed by adhering to approved scripting guidelines, usage of owner benefit toolbox and resources available for escalation
Updating all systems of record, including Concierge, dialer & AS400, Salesforce
Must be extremely well versed in the Bluegreen timeshare product, including but not limited to; resort locations, features and services, owner benefits, available tools, website navigation, and marketing and sales promotions
YOUR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years in a customer service and/or sales role
Microsoft Office, basic computer and phone skills, Type 35 WPM
Demonstrated leadership qualities. Able to work with teams. Demonstrated hospitality skills. Demonstrated strong work ethic. Written/verbal communication skills. As a New Member Journey Specialist, you would be responsible for onboarding our newest members into the NMJ program. For every new member, this individual will assist in scheduling an NMJ welcome call, selling and setting dates for an NMJ vacation, and providing take home collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase, by providing a new member collateral
Schedule a 14-day welcome call
Sell a NMJ vacation and schedule vacation
Provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe
Provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member
If applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package
Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests

Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
