Community:

Paramount is a mixed-use high-rise located in downtown Orlando directly across from Lake Eola. Paramount includes 313 residential units, over 45,000 square feet of active retail, office space, and 2 supporting garages. About the

Role:

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of service and support to the Leasing Office’s prospects, vendors, and residents. Answers, prioritizes, and directs incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Organizes and manages daily work orders, filing, parking assignments, resident auto placards and overall administrative responsibilities of the leasing office. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls. Greet and assist visitors to the Leasing Office and schedule appointments as needed. Take resident work order requests and input them into the CRM Software in addition to ensuring the completion of finalized work orders with the residents and the maintenance team. Assist maintenance department with vendor services, including scheduling services with residents. Responsible for calling residents regarding upcoming renewals and preparing all renewal paperwork. Support the resident transfer process, including inspection of units and touring new apartments for onsite transfers. Plan and organize resident events. Assist in maintaining community amenity spaces. Complete weekly/ monthly community inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. At least one year of previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat. Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes. Working weekend shifts may be required for this role and will be discussed in the interview process
