Job Description

Studio Concierge & Front-Desk Manager (Full-Time/Part-Time) Nencini Ballroom 5312 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821 About the Role You will be the welcoming face and organizational hub of our luxury ballroom studio and event venue.

Your mission:

greet clients with confidence, keep the lesson calendar precise, process payments accurately, and support small events—ensuring every guest enjoys a first-class experience. Main Responsibilities Client Reception – Warmly welcome visitors; answer phone, email, and social-media ; offer refreshments. Scheduling & Payments – Book, reschedule, and cancel lessons in studio software; track package balances; process payments; reconcile daily transactions. Event Support – Build guest lists, send invitations/reminders, and assist with check-in and décor for showcases, mini-matches, and other events. Inventory & Ordering – Check restrooms and front-of-house supplies; submit purchase requests; place approved orders. Team Liaison – Relay client feedback and scheduling issues to teachers and owners promptly; uphold studio policies and standards. Required Qualifications & Personal Traits Fluent English, spoken and written. Assertive, confident, and naturally outgoing—comfortable initiating conversation with clients and guiding them to next steps. Professional, courteous communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient with email, calendars, basic spreadsheets, and point-of-sale systems. High attention to detail—especially with schedules and payments. Neat, polished appearance suited to an upscale studio. Preferred Skills (nice to have) Conversational Spanish. Experience with booking softwares. Background in dance, fitness, hospitality, or event coordination.

Schedule Core coverage:

Monday – Friday, 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. or evenings only.

Maybe:

Two to three Saturdays per month for events (scheduled in advance). Weekly schedule (20-40 hours) will be finalized after the trial period. Benefits Performance bonuses.
