Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge / Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing resident concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist residents in locating packages, signing up for events and other tasks assigned
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of incidents
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate area
  • Handle guest services inquiries and provide information about our products or services
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Use professionalism to enhance resident relations and promote loyalty
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
