Position Overview:
Replay Sports & Social Club is seeking a friendly and dedicated Front Desk/Concierge team member to deliver a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting with reservations and inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome Assist with member check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate club policies and services effectively Address member needs and ensure their experience meets high standards Handle membership inquiries, class bookings, and general information requests Support the management team with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or a similar customer service role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
