This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members and guests, while providing high-level customer service and supporting daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, attentive to the small details and experienced in working in a high-end service environment.

Compensation:

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members and guests in a professional and courteous manner Handle court reservations and scheduling updates Perform hourly walkthroughs to ensure the facility is clean and organized Answer phone calls and respond to member questions or concerns Provide guided tours of the club to potential members Assist with front desk tasks, merchandise sales, and event support Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

Qualifications:
