Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of Wanderlust Dogs, greeting clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism Build lasting relationships with both dogs and their owners Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person questions clearly and promptly Guide new clients through the registration process, schedule temperament tests, and lead facility tours Manage daily check-ins and check-outs for daycare and boarding Keep the lobby and common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Handle retail transactions and answer questions about merchandise Prepare meals and administer medications according to the owner’s instructions Provide owners with daily photos and updates about their dog’s behavior, health, and overall experience Communicate with the back-of-house team to ensure each dog’s needs are clearly understood and met Follow all safety and care procedures to keep the dogs healthy and happy

What We’re Looking For:

You love dogs and understand what it takes to care for them You’re organized, friendly, and calm under pressure You’re comfortable juggling tasks and communicating clearly You’re computer-savvy and quick to learn (bonus if you’ve used Gingr or similar software) You can lift 40 lbs and be on your feet for a good portion of the day You’re available for weekend, early evening, and holiday shifts You show up on time, every time—with a good attitude and team spirit

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Morning shift Weekends as needed
