We are seeking a seasoned and polished Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about orthopaedic medicine and excels in a high-touch, patient-centered environment. Position Overview As the first and last impression of our practice, the Concierge Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in creating a seamless, warm, and professional patient experience. You’ll handle check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, phone and email communications, and collaborate closely with our providers and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow. This role is ideal for someone who has found their stride in healthcare administration and enjoys working in a practice that values excellence, precision, and empathy. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and discretion Verify insurance and collect copays or outstanding balances Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate outgoing referrals, and follow-ups Answer phones, emails, and portal messages with prompt and courteous responses Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Communicate clearly with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow Uphold HIPAA and all privacy and security regulations at all times Qualifications 3+ years of front desk or patient services experience in a medical office (orthopaedics or specialty preferred) Warm, professional, and polished demeanor with excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with EMR systems and standard office technology Passion for providing outstanding patient service and working in a collaborative setting Dependable, punctual, and calm under pressure Why Join Us?
