Front Desk & Facilities Attendant Campbell Property Management – 3.7 Palm Beach, FL Job Details Full-time Up to $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Management 1 year Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk & Facilities Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, while also maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet all individuals entering the building in a courteous and professional manner. Provide directions and general assistance to residents, guests, and vendors. Log vendors and guests in and out for record-keeping purposes only (e.g., name, company, purpose of visit, time of entry/exit). Check identification of vendors and visitors based on pre-approved lists. Notify residents of guest arrivals or deliveries as appropriate. Serve as a liaison between residents and management by forwarding concerns, requests, or feedback. Answer incoming calls professionally and take accurate, detailed messages. Address routine questions and concerns from residents, escalating issues to management as necessary. Provide administrative support to the Management team as assigned. Maintain knowledge of the local area and community to better assist residents and guests.
Light Janitorial Duties:
Perform routine cleaning of lobby, restrooms, and other common areas (dusting, wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, etc.) Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed Monitor cleanliness of high-traffic areas and address spills or messes promptly Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager Assist with light room setups or breakdowns for events when needed Full-Time Mon-Fri 11pm-7am
Pay Rate:
Up to $20 DOE
