Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a professional, reliable Gate Attendant to join our team at a luxury condominium. The ideal candidate is polite, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-tier service while ensuring the safety and security of all residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors at the entrance Monitor building access and control entry points Receive packages and deliveries securely Respond to resident inquiries and accommodate reasonable requests Maintain a visible, attentive presence at the gate/entrance Report safety concerns or unusual activity promptly Enforce building rules and protocols

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong situational awareness and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergency situations Experience in security, hospitality, or concierge roles preferred Familiarity with basic first aid or emergency response a plus
