Lead Concierge 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Singer Island, FL 33404 The Lead Concierge is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents and guests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the community. This leadership role includes supervising concierge staff (if applicable), coordinating resident services, and acting as a liaison between residents and property management to maintain a welcoming and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Services & Front Desk Operations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for resident and guest inquiries. Assist residents with amenity reservations, package deliveries, guest access, and community information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community rules, amenities, and events. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams on behalf of residents or management.

Team Leadership & Oversight:

Supervise and schedule concierge/front desk staff, if applicable. Train new team members and ensure adherence to community service standards. Monitor performance and provide guidance to ensure high levels of service delivery.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of packages, visitors, incidents, and maintenance requests. Assist with communication of HOA notices, newsletters, or community updates. Prepare daily shift reports and share relevant information with management. Full-Time Monday through Sunday 7AM

AM Pay Rate:

Up to $25 DOE
