TRUSTED HEALTH ADVISOR

– elevating the quality of life for all guests of our center, helping raise the vibration of the entire community Greet guests and assist them with all iCRYO services Conduct tours/educate guests on all iCRYO services, sell Lifestyle Passes and upsell services to our guests Help Center Director at special events and gatherings to create a South Florida biohacking and longevity community Daily operations – perform opening and closing procedures, obtain and review waivers, create a guest profile in our point-of-sale system, schedule and manage reservations, answer calls and emails, maintain center cleanliness.

ABILITY TO MULTITASK IS A MUST!

Work closely with the Center Director to set expectations and goals, achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and annually, identify and solve problems and complete daily tasks, but should also be able to assist the Center Director and other team members on an individual level should they need help You will also be responsible for continuing your education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center Work as part of a team, but also possess the skills necessary to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision About Us iCRYO is an upscale wellness service retailer of cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared therapy, body sculpting, IV therapy, IV’s including NAD+, Ozone, and other related services.
