This role is dedicated exclusively to members and is responsible for managing reservations, answering inquiries, facilitating experiences, and fostering a strong sense of community and care. The Member Concierge acts as the go-to person for all member needs, ensuring seamless service and an elevated club experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain personal relationships with members, greeting them by name and providing a warm, consistent point of contact. Serve as the primary resource for member reservations—including dining, golf, spa, beach cabanas, events, and other club amenities. Assist members with all inquiries, offering timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses. Proactively anticipate member needs, preferences, and special occasions, delivering personalized service and thoughtful touches. Coordinate special experiences and arrangements. Stay well-informed on club offerings, schedules, and policies, and be able to communicate them clearly to members. Build and maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to provide exclusive or priority access to services, events, and activities. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., golf, dining, events, valet) to ensure seamless execution of member experiences. Resolve member concerns or service issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism. Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, and activity history to ensure a tailored service approach. Support communication and coordination of member events, announcements, and invitations.
