Schumacher Automotive Group in North Palm Beach is seeking a Service Concierge who responds to customer inquiries and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer loyalty to Schumacher dealerships. The Service Concierge role is responsible for moving vehicles, keeps vehicles in sound working condition and assists the vehicles lot manager as needed. Essential Job Responsibilities Greets clients in a friendly manner. Keeps vehicles neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the lane manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management. Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service bays and parking areas Makes key tags for vehicles. Keeps vehicles fueled. Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed. Prepare and scan documents, for electronic retention purposes Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives. Maintains professional appearance. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Requirements Highschool or GED preferred Proficient computer skills required Attention to detail. Positive attitude. Strong work ethic. A valid driver’s license. Fluent in English.
