Weekend Concierge Courtyard Gardens Senior Living 3005 South Congress Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33426 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with various requests, from making reservations to providing local information, all while embodying the spirit of hospitality. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with personalized assistance throughout their stay. Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Assist with reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other guest services. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Maintain an organized front desk area and keep accurate records of guest interactions. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest services. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences. Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
