  The role you’ll contribute:
  The customer service representative is the “first face” at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills and greatly contributes to the patient experience.

Warmly greets and attends to patient/guest needs. Professionally handle stressful situations, while maintaining quality of work and excellent customer service. Review daily schedules, census reports, scans financial and medical documents into accounts, assists Registration as required and performs relief PBX operations. Helps keep lobby areas clean and attractive, greeting and helping patients and visitors find their way. Keeps guests/patients informed. Familiar with hospital services, people, locations and community in order to provide accurate assistance to guests/patients. Adheres to established policies and procedures. Physical demands include sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing wheelchairs, typing. This position also requires involvement in hospital performance improvement activities.
