Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Concierge Hosts with backgrounds as security officers to join our team in maintaining a safe and secure environment at a premier resort-style location. The ideal candidates will possess excellent observation skills, a proactive approach to concierge guest experience, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property. Your goal is to have positive interactions with the guests of our locations. You will also be responsible for notifying directors of unethical employee behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Control:
Conduct guest bag inspections at entry points to ensure compliance with safety policies.
Incident Response:
Address escalated incidents such as disorderly behavior, fights, and verbal confrontations.
Patrol Duties:
Perform routine walking patrols throughout the venue to monitor for safety concerns and enforce policies.
Incident Reporting:
Document and report all security-related incidents promptly and in detail.
Crowd Management:
Manage guest flow and ensure safe crowd movement, especially during peak attendance periods and special events.
Guest Assistance:
Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills.
Qualifications:
Certifications:
Valid CPR certification and First Aid training.
Experience:
Prior experience with working with security teams and hospitality industry.
Background:
Background in law enforcement or military service is highly beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are
