This role requires strong customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with frequent interruptions.

  • Greet members and guests, listen carefully and make all efforts to assist with their needs. Acknowledge potential buyers/real estate agents and provide them the specific materials and/or information regarding the community.
  • Maintain and update all front desk information, specifically including POS database and member records in homeowner files. Direct and assist members with community website login and use.
  • Accept payment and charges for Front Desk Services. Process and close out at end of day all sales transactions made at the front desk.
  • Assist members in completing and processing various forms, including, but not limited to; architectural review, refunds, auto registrations and waiver of use (renter). General questions on HOA accounts and statements, and new homeowner documents.
  • Assist with monthly newsletter articles/resources and collaborate with contributors.

Review and help edit changes to content by designated timeline. Working knowledge of POS programs needed and experience working with MS Office Suite programs a plus. Private club or hospitality exp. preferred. This position currently works partial Saturday hours.
