Whether it’s a sandbar party, a sunset cruise, or a private event, we’re all about great service, smooth logistics, and memorable moments. We’re currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Booking Concierge to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about the water, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating smooth, memorable experiences for every guest. Schedule This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and on-site responsibilities. Weekend availability is required, with flexibility during the week depending on business needs and seasonal demand. Specific days and hours can be discussed during the interview process. What You’ll Be Doing Guest Communication & Booking Support Answer and return phone calls, texts, and emails from guests and prospective customers Manage trip bookings and guest communications before arrival (including reminder texts and key details) Monitor scheduling needs and provide logistical support for day-to-day operations Respond to reviews on platforms like Google and Viator with a professional and friendly tone Administrative Tasks Organize guest documentation, waivers, and manifests Help maintain and update internal SOPs and training materials Support with team scheduling and coordination as needed Marketing & Content Support Respond to social media comments and DMs Help keep our social media accounts up to date with new photos, stories, and guest highlights Assist with content creation for social media and email/SMS campaigns Track guest feedback and support marketing initiatives aimed at improving guest experience Bonus if you have experience in: Social media management or digital marketing Graphic design or content creation Excel or spreadsheet management for tracking and reporting HR-related tasks Hospitality, tourism, or event planning Who You Are Warm, professional, and confident on the phone and with customer communications Exceptionally organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once A team player who enjoys supporting others and making things run smoothly Comfortable learning new systems and navigating online platforms Excited to be part of a growing company where your ideas and contributions matter Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short note telling us why you’d be a great fit for this role.
