Job Responsibilities and Characteristics Customer Service a must Sorts and distributes mail Supports sales and leasing activities Supports property vendors/ couriers Maintains inventory and stock of supplies Works collaboratively with client employees Able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and kind manner Greets all residents and guests by providing superior service excellence Understands all essential aspects of the client’s organization and operation Maintains a positive and professional relationship with residents and guests Builds knowledge of local area amenities to best answer resident and guest questions Answers phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone and communicates messages when necessary Assists residents and guests in a professional and efficient manner and provides follow-up when necessary Skills and Qualifications Professional appearance Strong follow through capabilities Demonstrated ability to multi-task Moderate mathematical competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated desire through experience to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to effectively collaborate with client employees residents, guests, and vendors Experience and Education High school degree or GED required Some higher education credits preferred Minimum one-year service excellence/ customer service experience required Working knowledge of office software, mailroom activities, point-of-sale, and phone systems Work Environment Will be working inside a Class A Trophy property with 6 to 8 hours of standing and walking
