Reservationist Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Reservationist Birchwood Inn Partners, LLLP Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 Birchwood and Teak Properties are looking for a reservationist to join our team! This role processes all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received. The reservationist will provide attentive, courteous and efficient customer service at all times and maintains a thorough knowledge of our properties’ grounds, menus, and accommodations. This position requires a person who has expert communication skills and innate optimism. An ideal candidate should be able to maintain an upbeat attitude and be excellent at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities Include:

Taking phone calls from current and potential customers Operating various computer applications while on the phone Creating, changing, and cancelling reservations at guest requests Assigning guest parties to tables in Open Table floor plans Resolving customer concerns quickly, efficiently and courteously Maintaining accurate knowledge of our organization to allow correctly redirect issues that cannot be resolved by the reservationist Accommodating and documenting special requests Assisting events team with various tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate Previous hospitality experience preferred Experience with OpenTable software preferred
