Cove Communities – 3.2 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $13 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Customer service High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Computer skills 1 year Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities To always be an Ambassador for Cove Communities and Cypress Lakes Village by choosing your attitude each day and committing to a culture of service, hospitality, and accountability aligning with our culture and Cove core values To treat all internal and external customers with respect and embrace your role as a problem solver who is committed to continual improvement and exceeding guest expectations by living Cove’s Core Values Assist and communicate with the Courtesy Patrol Manager (Direct Report) with the necessary support to keep Cypress Lakes Village a safe property for all guest, employees and contractors Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, units, activities, entertainment, and amenities Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each other Exhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; react calmly and professionally Maintain logs, paperwork and phone calls with accountability Must have computer experience for friendly user knowledge to navigate in Excel and Cornerstone Learning Always follow all Cove Communities and Cypress Lakes Village Courtesy Patrol Policy and Procedure Patrol all of Cypress Lakes Village’s Property either by Motor Patrol or Golf Cart Patrol and lock up Community Buildings, Areas and Administration Building Keep an accurate Patrol Log of daily tasks as they are completed while on patrol Must be available to cover a shift if requested by Manager (Direct Report) Assist in making sure that “Curfew and Quiet Hours” are being followed and perform nightly checks of locked doors Must be willing to work Weekends and Holidays All other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities A passion for teamwork Analytical & creative approach to problem solving Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships with both guests and employees Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy Education and Experience Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Must be able to withstand long periods of time walking and/or standing Living Our Core Values Our Core Values are a way of life, not just empty promises.
