This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with community needs, and supporting the efficient operation of HOA services. Must be available 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday in order to be considered for the role. Key Responsibilities Resident and Guest Services Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about community amenities, events, and policies. Handle resident requests, complaints, and concerns promptly, escalating issues as necessary. Administrative Support Maintain a detailed log of resident interactions, visitor check-ins, and deliveries. Coordinate amenity reservations, including scheduling and ensuring compliance with HOA guidelines. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating resident records and distributing community notices. Event Coordination Support HOA events by providing logistical assistance, such as coordinating with vendors and managing RSVPs. Communicate upcoming events and activities to residents. Facility and Vendor Liaison Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate with vendors for services such as landscaping, cleaning, or repairs. Qualifications Education:
