Physician Concierge Position 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 6270 Cypress Gardens Boulevard, Winter Haven, FL 33884 Looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) speaking individual who is professional and customer service oriented, to work in a concierge position. Duties would include but not be limited to making outreach calls to existing members, coordinating and providing customer service to existing patients, a liaison between our patients and the physician office. Face to face interaction with patients, insurance representatives, staff and physicians is a must.
