Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations. Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies. Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education. Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.

Qualifications:

Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification. College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
