Part-Time Front Desk & Customer Support Manager The Jam UAC Savannah, GA 31406 About Us The Jam UAC is Savannah’s top destination for recreational gymnastics, ninjastics, parkour, camps, and events. We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented, welcoming space where kids thrive and families feel right at home. We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat “right hand” to support our front desk, customer service, and marketing efforts. Position Summary This is a part-time, in-person role for someone who loves working with children and families. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members, handle scheduling and support, and help us spread the word about our awesome programs. Training and certifications (including CPR/First Aid) are provided on site—enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a must!
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet and assist families, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, emails, and in-person questions promptly Register new members, process payments, and manage class sign-ups Resolve customer issues with patience and care
Front Desk Operations:
Oversee check-in/check-out for classes and events Keep the front area tidy, organized, and inviting Maintain accurate records of attendance and memberships Communicate clearly with coaches, staff, and parents
Scheduling:
Help manage class, event, and birthday party schedules Support staff scheduling and communicate changes as needed
Marketing Support:
Assist with social media posts, event flyers, and email campaigns Track new inquiries and conversions from marketing efforts Support community outreach and partnerships
Who We’re Looking For Experience:
Experience in a customer-facing/admin role at a gym, daycare, or kids’ activity center is a big plus Strong customer service and communication skills Marketing/social media experience is highly valued
Personality & Skills:
