What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for new residents and families Answer and manage inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral sources Greet and guide families through the admissions process Conduct facility tours and coordinate admission paperwork Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth bed management and resident onboarding Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Familiarity with medical terminology Minimum 1 year of admissions experience (preferably in long-term care) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Why Anderson Mill?
