The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, located at 181 Peachtree St.,NE,Atlanta, GA, 30303 currently has the following opportunity: Agent-Guest Relations (140028DV): Supply guests with directions andinformation regarding property amenities, services, and hours ofoperation, and local areas of interest and activities. Contactappropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk,Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessaryto resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up with gueststo ensure their requests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately,completely, and legibly. Respond to special requests from guestswith unique needs. Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnelfor escort and delivery of amenities. Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents,injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional; maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards;anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests withgenuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; support team to reach common goals. Comply with qualityassurance expectations and standards. Identify and recommend newideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizationalefficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entirework shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
