We are a vibrant and welcoming nail and spa salon dedicated to providing top-quality service in a relaxing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients see and help create a great experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm and cheerful attitude Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to customer inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with nail technicians and manage customer flow Handle basic administrative tasks, including payment processing

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and welcoming personality Fluent in English (native speakers preferred, but fluency is required) No degree required—just a great attitude and work ethic! Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
