The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, located at 181 Peachtree St.,NE,Atlanta, GA, 30303 currently has the following opportunity: Concierge-Club Level (150000GR): Monitor club lounge for seatingavailability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Maintaincleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and othertools. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages.

Stock ice, glassware, and supplies. Anticipate and communicatereplenishment needs promptly. Wash dishes and serving utensils asneeded. Complete opening and closing duties. Requisition allnecessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to barset-up area as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers,cabinets, and storage areas. Document pertinent information indepartment logbook. Forecast additional meal requirements andcommunicate special requests to the kitchen. Report accidents,injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional, maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assistindividuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage, prepare and review written documents accurately andcompletely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others,and support team to reach common goals. Comply with qualityassurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push,pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds;and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for anentire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requestedby Supervisors.
