Hiring Immediately This isn’t just a front desk job — this is the face of a luxury lifestyle. The Juniper is a two-tower luxury residential property in Midtown Atlanta. We provide high-end concierge, valet, and shuttle services. We’re hiring dependable, polished Concierge Team Members for overnight and weekend coverage. You’ll be the calm, professional presence at the front desk — where residents expect more than a hello. They expect someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and brings warmth to every shift. Shifts Available (Please include your availability when applying): 2 Full-Time Weekday Overnights — Mon to Fri, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM 2 Part-Time Weekend Overnights — Sat & Sun, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM 2 Weekend Morning Shifts — Sat & Sun, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 2 Weekend Evening Shifts — Sat & Sun, 3:00 PM to 11:00
PM Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism Manage shuttle and valet communication and coordination Handle packages, guest check-ins, service requests, and key tracking Maintain front desk appearance and property logs Communicate clearly with team,
Operations Manager, and Property Management Requirements:
Experience in concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service Overnight and/or weekend availability required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Comfortable using radios, mobile task apps, or guest log software
