Full Job Description Overview:

The Concierge Officer at the Rollins Home Office (Global HQ), which houses the Rollins Support Center and Orkin HQ, plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless visitor greeting and check-in experience, serving as the first point of contact for all visitors. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk security operations, contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience. In addition to greeting visitors and assisting with switchboard operations, the Concierge Officer coordinates efforts between Security, Facilities, and Executive Administration, ensuring all processes are efficient and standards are met. Key responsibilities include managing visitor traffic, monitoring CCTV footage, assisting with meeting room setups, and documenting daily activities. The Concierge Officer ensures that any issues are promptly addressed with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. By facilitating effective communication between departments and supporting operational needs, the Concierge Officer contributes to the company’s reputation for excellence and ensures a safe, organized, and positive working environment. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): High school diploma or GED Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and interruptions with accuracy and efficiency Must have a service-oriented mindset and demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service Must be able to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, including executives, vendors, and visitors Demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and the initiative to act independently when needed Must possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism Detail-oriented with the ability to manage front desk operations, maintain accurate logs, and document daily activity Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with visitor management and security systems and protocol are required Comfortable monitoring CCTV footage and supporting basic security processes in coordination with Security and Facilities teams Flexible and willing to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed to meet business needs Must maintain a neat and professional personal appearance in accordance with company policy Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel between local sites as required Preferred experience in hospitality, corporate concierge, or high-touch administrative/customer-facing roles
Required Hours:
Monday – Friday; 8AM-5PM Holiday availability as needed Physical Demands /
