Join our team as a Front Desk Concierge / Leasing Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for residents, prospects, and guests. ✨
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents with professionalism and warmth. Manage daily front desk operations including package deliveries, amenity reservations, and service requests. Maintain an inviting and organized front desk, lobby, and shared spaces to uphold community standards. Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating as needed to ensure resolution. Stay informed about community events, amenities, and policies to provide accurate and engaging information. Support the leasing team by conducting property tours, assisting with leasing paperwork and follow-ups, and entering data into the CRM system. Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to support smooth property operations. ✅
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-touch customer service environments is preferred. Proficiency in leasing functions—such as property tours and interacting with prospective residents—is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. A positive, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding service. ️
