In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hydration therapy services to clients in a welcoming and professional environment. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and care. This position is ideal for those with a background in culinary, food service, or customer service who are eager to contribute to the health and wellness of our clients. Responsibilities Administer IV hydration therapies according to established protocols and procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies meet health standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit. Manage time effectively to ensure timely administration of treatments while maintaining quality care. Assist in upselling additional services or products that complement the hydration therapies offered. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols related to IV therapy administration. Qualifications Previous experience customer service roles is required.​ Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to healthcare environments. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
