Main Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion
• Manage deliveries, appointments, and resident requests
• Coordinate services such as transportation, maintenance, cleaning, and messages
• Monitor building access and security systems (CCTV, logs, etc.)
• Communicate with vendors and service providers
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area ⸻

Requirements:

• Experience in concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance, discretion, and ethical conduct
• Basic technology skills (email, visitor management systems, etc.)
• Availability for rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Own transportation and ability to commute to the location
