We are looking for independent contractors to act as Concierges for our diverse client base of busy professionals. Concierges provide individualized services to fulfill our clients’ needs related to home services, travel arrangements, purchasing gifts, making reservations, and other areas of personal service. Our Concierges are key to building trust and rapport with clients and proactively and creatively anticipating and meeting clients’ needs. Concierges are expected to take a hands-on approach to responding to incoming client requests by fulfilling the request directly or by partnering with our vendors. Location Atlanta, GA Essential Job Functions Promptly and professionally receive and reply to email and telephone requests Build and maintain customer/client relationships by developing trust and rapport Provide individualized home management services, including home organization services Personal shopping and delivery for special occasions and routine needs Manage travel and destination arrangements including sightseeing attractions Coordinate and facilitate home maintenance for clients Make restaurants recommendations and reservations Plan meetings and small events Use online concierge systems to update requests Work flexible schedules, including after normal business hours and on weekends for no set number of hours Occasionally drive clients’ vehicles, including manual transmissions Duties as assigned by the CEO Confidentiality This position will have access to and become familiar with information of a confidential or proprietary nature, including information related to the business, staff, and clients (current or prospective). The ability to maintain complete confidentiality, both during and after employment, is an essential function of the job. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook) Outstanding professionalism Exemplary planning and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in an environment with many distractions Ability to prioritize daily workload and work in an efficient manner Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality a must Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver’s license Subject to a criminal background check, motor vehicle report and drug screen Ability to meet minimum vehicle insurance liability coverage for the vehicle being used to execute all work-related assignments
