THE JOB:
Join our vibrant team at Excalibur as a Showroom Ticket Clerk and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences! As a Ticketing Representative, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including ticket sales for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions at Excalibur and other MGM Resorts properties. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service, exceed expectations in every interaction, and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
THE STARTING RATE
$15.75/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Facilitate ticket sales for shows, concerts, events, exhibits, and attractions across all MGM Resorts properties, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Promote additional events and experiences through upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Manage ticket orders, including will-call distribution, with accuracy and attention to detail for various events and attractions. Verify tickets prior to guest entry, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations. Provide knowledgeable and detailed responses to guest inquiries regarding property facilities, services, and event details. Answer multi-line telephone systems using professional etiquette, assisting guests with inquiries and ticket reservations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be at least 18 years old. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service. Knowledge of ticketing systems and processes is preferred.
