THE JOB:
Join our vibrant team at Excalibur as a Tournament of Kings Showroom Clerk and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences! You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed. Working at Excalibur’s showroom, you’ll enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact. THE STARTING RATE
$15.75 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Sell tickets, upsell, cross sell and process ticket orders, will call for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions while providing prompt and courteous service to all guests Perform ticket verification prior to entry into venue, following compliance and safety protocols Provide knowledgeable and detailed responses to guest questions regarding property facilities, services and event details Address and resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority, while providing a positive experience Accurately maintain a balanced cash drawer while supporting ticket sales Interpret and operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with efficiency Answer multi‐line telephones using proper etiquette to assist guests with inquires and ticket sales
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays – Department Operations range from 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily. Box Office and Ticketing experience preferred Previous guest-facing customer service and cash handling experience preferred
